Literally in the volcano
The Arenal Volcano hot springs are literally in the volcano itself, and heat of the water comes from the lava. It's wonderful to be bathing in the waters as you look up and see the erupting volcano. You even have a restaurant there at which you can dine whilst staying in the water.
