A Little Stop in Merida
Visiting the city of Merida, formerly known as Emerita Augusta, is where we found this bar-restaurant, which was very close to the Puerta de la Villa. If you're looking for a good set menu that's close to all the famous monuments and also has reasonable prices, then Tapas Rom is an option to consider. The restaurant-bar has two floors, the first one has a small terrace and is intended primarily for aperitifs, a beer, etc. The second floor houses the main dining room. The daily menu consists of: a first plate, a second plate, a dessert, bread and drinks. I remember the gazpacho was very, very good.
