One of Uruguay's most famous artists
Joaquín Torres Garcia was one of the most famous artists in the history of Uruguay. He lived in Europe (France and Spain) and New York in the early part of the twentieth century. This museum has some of his works. It's a bit small, but definitely worth visiting.
