Walk of Santiago

Named in honour of St. James, the son of thunder, Patron of the province and diocese of Santiago del Ester, this walk is another small shopping centre which has a small chemist that not only sells pharmaceutical drugs but also creams prepared with herbs and seeds from the area, gift shop "The morocha" with many different items, "Duly sweaters" where you can buy sarongs, skirts, scarves, blouses, dresses, etc.., some offices, children's clothing and toys. Religion and folklore live in the soul of these people and is manifest everywhere, in the singing, dancing, music, crafts and popular traditions which are just as important today as they have always been.
