Wasabi

The Wasabi is the best Japanese restaurant in Alicante, despite being a franchise. We started with a wasabi salad, mixing different types of Spanish vegetables with seaweed and sashimi. Everything was seasoned with a delicious sauce. It was a fantastic start to the meal, and we followed it with a serving of six pieces of sashimi, fresh and thick, as I like it. We also ordered sushi: two pieces of ikura and two spicy tuna. The sushi was gigantic, only fitting in the mouth with a great effort, but delicious. We wanted to finish with a katsu udon, but they gave us a yaki udon by mistake.

Oh, well - we didn't want to be rude, so we ate it anyway.
