Shepherd Market

Shepherd Market is a small neighborhood of Mayfair, behind Park Lane, which looks like a small village on a postcard. It used to have a formal market and an entire neighborhood with a theater, shopping etc but in the 20s, it became a coveted place to live. The restaurants and bars are very attractive and it has several luxury boutiques. The restaurants are generally small, serving oriental cooking, or traditional French and Italian food. They are a bit expensive but it is really beautiful and picturesque. The nearest tube station is Green Park.
