Hangzhous is famous for its enormous size, with the city on one side and mountains on the other. In total, it measures about 16 km all the way round, and it is a great experience. The YHA hostel is located at the edge of something, with a very young staff that speak English. The hostel is not much, but its location makes up for it. It has a beautiful terrace if the weather is good, although the winters are cold and hard. Curiously, on the same lake there is a Starbucks cafe, my refuge in China when I wanted to escape the smoke snuff and have a coffee.
The hotel has two bars, pizzeria, restaurant, market, children's playground, indoor shaded parking, fitness center, theater, two tennis courts, swimming pools, one for children and one for massages. It has a professional team of entertainers happy to organize activities such as gymnastics, swimming and aerobics. There are also themed evenings in the club house which are excellent fun for all the family.
For 9 days I stayed at this resort, very nice, cozy, tasteful, full, the beach access was excellent as well as service.-Prices were good.-A critique is limited language skills of staff, in general there were only Portuguese speakers, so with tourists (Argentine, Spanish, Italian, French) it was a bit difficult to make us understand.-One flaw that must be corrected.
I moved to Yurimaguas where I met my friend Salomón Rivas, who is a very helpful person and dedicated to his work as an entrepreneur in the tourism sector. I often visit him in town where we discussed projects to provide a better service to tourists visiting Peru and the world. Don Salomón is a sponsor of a website I manage, www.miselvaquerida.com, where I love to present the beauty of our Peruvian Amazon. I also often meet tourists from all over the world in town and you can tell they are satisfied with this nice, ecological place. Best wishes to my friend Salomón and to all tourists who visit this warm and cozy town of Yurimaguas, in the lungs of the world. :)

I arrived a few days ago of Nordkapp. Everyone says it's the trip of your life and it's true. I went in caravan from Pamplona on August 6 and arrived on the 12th to Nordkapp. The midnight sun was over, but still not done at night and at 1:30 in the early morning the light was beautiful. It makes my hair stand on end, when we parked and went to the platform where the goal was to take a photo .... That wonderful feeling, we were at the end of the world, so far north that there's only snow. I'm sure I will return.
Kas is a beautiful city and is also close to some of Turkey's famous sights, so it's the ideal place for planning different routes. There are quite a few options for accommodation that are fairly priced and Kas, and you won't miss out on atmosphere, especially at night. We opted for the Hilal Pansiyon and it was fantastic. The property is very cozy and it offers bright and spacious rooms. It's not that they're super luxurious, but they were comfortable. And the price, which is 10 euros, includes dinner and breakfast. The owners are super hospitable and they will do anything to keep you comfortable at all times. The dinner they usually make is delicious traditional Turkish food, usually with a fish barbecue. They usually have the barbecue on a terrace filled with plants that's very cozy, but when we went, it wasn't very crowded so we had more luck. The owner took everyone who was staying at the guesthouse to the beach and we made dinner there. I forget how many people were in our group, but it was a good amount and he took us in his car, so we had to make several trips. It was amazing, we had a blast and it was the best way to meet people from everywhere. The truth is that the owner was amazing and those are the things you never forget. By the way, there are a lot of places where you can eat quality food at affordable prices in Kas.
Very nice American-style Marbella villa with capacity for 12 people and an equipped kitchen ... . 25,000 per person. Las Cabañas Hotel holds 58 people and has a pool ....we also have other splendid villas for the same price but without a pool.
Getting to Kotor, a town in Montenegro, we plunged into the bus station with all people who wanted to offer us a room. On one hand it is a nice place because you don't have to go all over the city with a huge backpack to look for hotel in your budget, and it is clean. But on the other hand, there are just so many people surrounding you, fighting to take you to their hostel. They will all lower their prices until it is no longer possible, and then will go so far as to add breakfast, internet, air, scares you! In the end, the board chose Elena, near the North Gate, the North Gate of the city walls. It is quite close to the beach, not in the medieval center, but still you can do everything on foot. This retired couple rented two rooms, in high season we were charged 20 euros per night for a double room, the bathroom is shared with the other room, and a small kitchen with a fridge to prepare the breakfast. The couple was nice but did not speak much English. His house is up, then the rooms have complete independence.
This place gave me a kind peace I had never experienced even though I've been to several sheltered forests but this place has a unique charm. Its people are also friendly and hospitable. The need to be in good shape for the in order to get to the lagoons that in the early morning they are grandly calm. You have to be careful around them as some of them are aquifers for the country's drinking water.
This photo was taken on vacation in June-July full on quite a cloudy night with a full moon in Cafam Melgam park. it isn't very high quality because I didn't use the flash so as not to ruin the blue light and the contrast of the castle. It was a quick photo because the sky was constantly moving. The moonlight was continuous until the moonlight shone through the clouds in a scene that was very beautiful with this childhood fantasy castle showing a scene almost straight out of a fairy tale.
The best option for accommodation on Khone Island, in what is called 4000 islands in southern Laos. It is a bucolic town, with water buffalo "posing" for photos, even a waterfall. Life goes placidly on the river, with log cabin accommodation from € 3. The hostel is a French colonial building with rooms from € 10 on the ground floor and 20 € at the top, with a tasty breakfast included. In the river you can sometimes see dolphins, and to get there you take a bus from Pakse, 4 hours to Nakasang, and then take a boat to the island Don khone.
The beautiful village of Göreme has many affordable places with excellent views: the Traveller's Cave Pansiyon is no exception. You can have a double room for six euros per person. This place is cut into the rock. An a la carte breakfast is included and there are views of all formations of Cappadocia! In addition, the staff is excellent, they have Internet, you can leave backpacks there during the day for free ... The small restaurant terrace has a stunning view; Inside, during cold weather, everyone gathers around a cozy fire while eating delicious Turkish cheese or French toast ... The rooms look like something out of a story, you feel as if you suddenly turned into a gnome and lived in a fireplace in the rock. Clean sheets without a musty odor... Yes, the shared bathroom has no heating and that, in Cappadocia, is a small problem when it's time to take a shower! Besides all this, you will meet a lot of people from Asia, since most of the employees are from this area of the world, and it attracts a lot Korean, Chinese, and Japanese tourists ... The nights at the inn are hilarious! A place to remember, the best and the cheapest of all the hostels I've stayed in Turkey.
Monterrico ranches and Puerto Iztapa are huts with thatched roofs, built on the beach of the Pacific coast of Guatemala. They serve very fresh food, mainly fish. The specialty is ceviche, a raw fish (normally snapper), marinated in lemon and what we call inglesia sauce with chopped onions and tomatoes. It comes served with crackers. It is delicious. You can also ask for flounder, snapper, whole fish or fillet. Be careful, the shrimp is usually from the mangrove behind, not from the sea. The ranch also is a small hotel, which is around 50 Quetzales per room, where up to three people can sleep. It is very cheap to spend a few days on the beach. The rooms are simple huts with a wooden door, walls and thatched roofs. They are generally quiet places and you don't have to worry about your stuff, but it's always better to leave money in a safe place.
