The Ankerstuben Restaurant is really fabulous. I love fish and northern Germany is famous for its fish dishes, but I can tell you that was a completely different experience! The restaurant has a different plate of smoked fish with pepper or herbs. Everything is served with black bread and butter. When I tried it for the first time I was pleasantly surprised, it was that good! Very recommendable!
