Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas)

1 review of Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas)

A great walk

The Avenue of the Americas or 6th Avenue runs from the southern part of Central Park all the way to the south of Manhattan. Parallel to the famous Fifth Avenue, it is not as busy as its neighbor, but you can go for a great walk here, starting from Central Park and passing a multitude of buildings, skyscrapers, shops and bars. In the north, you can find the Museum of Modern Art, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center and Times Square, as well as the gardens of the National Library's Bryant Park. There are thousands of stores from Zara and H & M to Prada. A great walk.
