Bajil

Bajil is situated high mountains in the North West of the Murcia region. The population consists of five permanent residents with five more in summer. Bajil has a rich history as having been a haven for those fleeing the violent armed groups which passed through the area. It features the remains of a prehistoric village, a dolmen, cave paintings as well as giant caves. But it also features an oak forest, streams and splendid wildlife. Don Antonio will gladly show any visitor around Bajil as well as tell its history.
