Hotel with views
The Hotel Belvedere is located in the tourist town of Vallon Pont d'Arc, which is the town near the entrance of the Ardeche Gorges. There is a pier next to where you the 30 mile kayak begin. The outside of the hotel looks like any other hotel, but behind they have a patio and lovely garden with a very nice pool. The rooms all have TV, telephone, and private bathroom . Some even have a very good view over the mountains. They have a restaurant and you can have your breakfast on the panoramic terrace. The room rates are 75 euros for two people in high season and 90 euros for four people. With breakfast and dinner included, the rates go up to 125 instead of 75 euros.
