Brasserie la Fontaine D'Evraud

From rustic appearance and exquisite flavor, every dish at the Brasserie La Fontaine d'Evraud is a fantastic new adventure and a work of art. The restaurant is located near the Abbey of Fontevraud. The traditional recipes used in this restaurant will awaken your palate. Eating here is awesome, especially because they know how to prepare good food. I've tried some of their specialties and they're all delicious. I suggest you try the mussels in white wine, onion soup, chicken supreme with tarragon, crème brûlée and chocolate mousse. A part of that is the food delicious, the presentation is very neat and the contrast of flavors related to the position of the colors of the dish (as explained a very friendly waiter).
