Piazza Broletto

This is a very small but impressive spot, behind the Broletto on one side, and the Cathedral on the other. Since the Middle Ages, it's been the centre of the city's public life. Now, the Town Hall and the Board of Government can be found here, as well as a florist's shop, a tourist office, and a bar with outdoor seating. In the centre, is a fountain made of pink marble from Carrara.
