Buffet da Pepi

Probably one of the most characteristic offerings in Trieste, the Buffet da Pepi is a snack bar/restaurant that offers an incredible selection of cold and boiled meats that are typical of the area. You can enjoy hearty stews or sandwiches, or something even simpler, like raw or cooked ham. The boiled meat is tender, melting in your mouth.
