Cape Cod Lighthouse

Here's a famous lighthouse! It inspired American artist Edward Hopper's painting, "The Lighthouse at Two Lights". Located well away from the road in a protected park, it was renovated fairly recently. The lighthouse is open to visitors and you can climb inside. The most interesting part of the visit is the explanatory film showing how they moved the lighthouse to its current location a few years ago, as erosion was beginning to threaten the cliff on which it stood.
