The exact centre of Russia
One of the few monuments in Novosibirsk is this golden-domed shrine. It's not really that noteworthy, except that it is the exact centre of Russia. Amazingly, we found a person sitting on a bench who spoke English, and he told us that the centre of Russia was in fact 100 metres away, believe it or not.
