Very good wine
If you love good wine and fondues, be sure to visit the Cave do Douro winery, located within the Royal Palm Plaza Campinas (the restaurant caters to the general public, as well as those staying at the resort). The menu centres on hot dishes, and the winery only has space for 30 people, so always call in advance to reserve a table. Tip: try the Fondue Bordelaise, prepared with cubes of filet mignon and bacon dipped in warm red wine. Attentive service.
