The church of St. Gregory VII is the most important monument in Iznate and dates from the 16th century, although it has been renovated several times, most recently in 2006. It has a 25 by 11 by 11 meter nave, three altars with semi-valuable works, paintings of St. Francis of Paula and the Immaculate Conception in 17th century polychrome wood.
