Colicchia Francesco

Sicily is known for slushies and Colicchia Francesco is definately the best. The place has been open since 1885 and they have slushies in a vast array of flavors like lemon, strawberry, coffee, almond, cherry, pistachio, watermelon, chocolate, or fig. The most famous, however, is the jasmine one. The texture and flavor are unbelievable. It's an institution in Trapani and many people come here have breakfast. Who needs a cappuchino when you have slushies?
