Confucian Temple in Nagasaki

This temple reminded me of Confucius´ Temple in Taipei . THe temples in Japan are not as "Chinese style" like this. So it's pretty visual, I recommend a visit if you come to Nagasaki. Why there is Chinese influence in Nagasaki is because for years it was the only port open to foreign trade in Japan and China , being the neighboring country, traded with Japan and it was the most important, to the point where many settled here, in Chinatown, and constructed the Temple of Confucius, administered by the Chinese Embassy in Japan and considered Chinese territory (with the consent of the Japanese).
