Eating Crocodile Meat

They say crocodiles are the animal which causes the most human deaths in the world. We had the opportunity to even the score and tried crocodile meat during our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. In the journey that took us from Can Tho to Chau Doc we stopped at a crocodile farm. At first it seemed very normal. We were going to change the water and rest in a roadhouse. Nothing fancy. Our Mekong Delta guide told us that they bred crocodiles there and asked if we wanted them. We were led to a maze of pools filled with dozens of small crocodiles. Gradually the size of the reptiles grew significantly, as did my fright.
