Ethnographic Cerignolano Museum

1 review of Ethnographic Cerignolano Museum

A fascinating museum

The following museum description is about an ethno-anthropological museum located in the city of Cerignola created and organized by Professor Matthew Stuppiello in 1979. The interior retains the old crafts and religious traditions, the collection consists of objects of religious art minor (Santini, bells and figures of popular devotion), tools and typical dress of peasant life.

The museum, after changing several locations, is currently located in a nineteenth-century building in the city. It consists of about two thousand objects collected and cataloged in chronological order.
