Fuenfría Valley

In the central area of the Sierra of Guadarrama, there is the Valley of the Fuenfría. It borders the Minguete hill (it has an altitude of 2,023 m)) and the Seven Peaks (it has an altitude of 2,138 m) at its western end. In the Valley you can find granite, gneiss, quartz, feldspar and ferromagnesian minerals. As for plants, the most notable are the pines and there is also abundant wildlife, especially deers, wild boars, badgers and foxes.
