A great location
Boasting a simply amazing location in a side street of Broadway Avenue and just minutes from Times Square, the Hotel Carter is a good place to know for backpackers looking for a cheap place (on the New York scale, everything is relative!). It is not very comfortable but the location compensates these annoyances :) The welcome is friendly and you can also find plenty of useful information about the city.
