Ice skating is really popular in London from mid-November to early January. Numerous sites install temporary ice rinks, including Somerset House and the Natural History Museum. But without a doubt the busiest rink is the one in Hyde Park, which is popular with locals and passersby alike. You'll find it in the heart of the annual exhibit of Winter Wonderland. If you're visiting London over Christmas, be sure to book your turn on the ice ahead of time!
