Neo-Renaissance

Founded in 1709 and consecrated in 1712, this is a fine example of a neo-Renaissance church, but with a rather sober and austere architecture. Beautiful plaster sculptures adorn the ceilings, and in the chapel of the Virgin you can admire an altar with a likeness of Queen Anne, donated by the church's founder, Lady Ann Bland.
