Flats Java is a coffee shop which is situated in the Bell's Flats neighborhood south of the city of Kodiak. They offer a cafe which has typical American products such as coffee, tea and smoothies, but they also offer a food menu with things such as sandwiches, muffins and yogurt. The scenery outside is lovely and very original.
