A bit pricey, but good

We found this place in Salamanca's Gran Via, five minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor, after reading about it on minube. They serve freshly cooked food, and everything is very good, but the price is a little high for what it is - we wouldn't have paid much more if we'd been eating at a Michelin starred restaurant. Service was good.

Una familia de 19. Nochebuena. Justitos de tiempo. Menú completo sin excesos ni hambre. Servicio impecable. Buen ritmo. Todo exquisito y con variedad. Acordarse de reservar si es posible. Todo un hallazgo.

Pinchos al momento

Excellent

Muy buenos pinchos hechos en el momento (10 minutos), especialmente los buñuelos de bacalao, el bombón de foie relleno de higos con salsa de nueces, la pluma iberica y el taco de entrecotte de buey con pure de piquillo. Tiene una buena selección de vinos. No te lo pierdas. Por cierto, el servicio muy profesional y eficiente, te van sirviendo las tapas según las vas consumiendo sin que nada se te enfríe.

Very good kebabs made at the time (10 minutes), especially cod fritters, the foie gras bonbon stuffed figs with walnut sauce, Iberian pen and pad of entrecote steak with piquillo puree. Celebramos un acontecimiento familiar. El menú era de muy buena calidad e hicieron las variaciones que les solicitamos con un gran acierto para todos los comensales. La materia prima de excelente calidad y la ejecución/presentación en los platos muy buena. La carta de vinos y su asesoramiento fueron sobresalientes, así como su servicio y disponibilidad en la mesa.

We celebrate a family event. The menu was very good quality and made changes we asked them with a great success for all guests. The raw material of excellent quality and execution / presentation in very good dishes. The wine and advice were outstanding, as well as its service and availability at the table.

Excellent

Los mejores pintxos de salamanca. Variedad, productos frescos y de temporada, cocina tradicional con un toque de innovacion. Tambien disponen de una buena carta y menú degustacion pero me quedo con el bar de tapas.
