The menu items revolve around egg dishes (the eggs with ham and potatoes, a staple of Madrileño cuisine, were delicious), toasts covered with savory treats like pork loin with caramelized onions, and the standard Madrid tapas fare of patatas bravas, fried calamari, and the like.
