Lake Orta

Aucun doute : je préfère le lac d'Orta au Lac Majeur. Moins de touristes et des villages plus authentiques. Pella tranquille sur la rive ouest et Orta San Giulio, la "capitale", réservée aux piétons. Si l'on rajoute une côte un peu sauvage au nord de Pella, on a peut-être peu de choses comparé à Stresa, mais quelle qualité de vie ! L'île San Giulio, unique, confère un charme particulier au décor. Il y a vraiment de quoi jouir de promenades romantiques sur les rives du lac. Quant à la traversée en bateau, un service public l'assure à tarif doux. Le lac d'Orta mérite vraiment d'être connu.
