If you come to Barcelona, I recommend going on a relaxing boat tour on "Las Golondrinas", touristic boats going on a lovely tour in different enclaves of Barcelona's harbor. You will have a new image of this lovely city from the sea.
The different extensions undertaken in the traditional harbor as well as the Olympic one, and the creation of new hotels of nice architectural aspects all deserve being visited. It is ideal to go with kids. Nevertheless, you can also enjoy this spot of Barcelona walking from the beaches, the Maremagnum, etc. An alternative to so many "stony" visits.
