L'avion Bar Restaurant

L'avion is a charming restaurant which is typical of the island of Noirmoutier. Its white facade of blue windows invites you in to sample the delicious specialties of the region. Among the most popular dishes are mussels, oysters, salads, ham 'mogettes' and traditional desserts. At first glance it may look like just a bar that could be anywhere, but the food they serve is better than anything else that you can find on the island. The inside reminds me of tapas bars of Spain, although it is very well maintained and stylishly decorated. Take advantage of the visit to see the mural background: a cadillac sky painted on the wall!
