Le Bistro l'absynthe is known by its loyalty to the traditional dishes of the region of Poitou-Charentes. A kitchen that is particularly remarkable for the exquisite desserts and memorable meat prepared with traditional French sauces. The best that I tasted was andouille sausage and monkfish served with salted butter. A delight for the palate accompanied by excellent service.
