Most authentic
The local market in Chiang Rai caught my attention because it seemed the most authentic of all the ones that I've visited in Thailand. Here, you can find all the classic products that Thai people use. It's more or less organized by area so we can find, the food, with vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, etc. Clothing, (slightly horterilla but quite Europeanized). Food court, which has several of these typical minirestaurants and prepared food stalls, including noodles and rice dishes several, find pad tai, rolls different, chickens, ducks and insects of all kinds. And the area of "several", let's call, where everything else is mixed: Stores offerings souvenirs of Buddha, aviaries, household items, clothing, tailors, motorcycle helmets, pharmacy.
