This is a restaurant serving very natural food, just note the house specialties, like eel marinated in 29 year old traditional balsamic vinegar from Modena and served with passion fruit, or woodcock tartare served with a mustard pear sultanas or teal risotto, with a Roman Pecorino sabayon, among other delicacies.
