The Lotus Tea House is located inside the Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple in Mississauga, Ontario, home of the Toronto Chapter of Buddha's Light International Association. The tea house is open for all to enjoy and is a little-known secret in the Greater Toronto Area.
The food is 100% vegetarian. Delicious Asian lunch fare is served including rice and noodle bowls, soups, and sandwiches. You can also order the most fragrant and delicious tea - try the Berry tea or the Citrus tea. You can also order coffee here. The atmosphere is very soothing, and lunch would be great enjoyed with friends or by yourself.
