Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa (the name of a bishop of Toulouse) is a charming Hispanic church. Built in the shape of the letter L, it is completely unique from the other missions that you can visit in California. The paintings and bright interior space are unusual for a church, and the outdoor gardens are great. It was my favorite place to visit during my trip to San Luis Obispo. Don't miss it!
