Monumento al Buho

Pedro Hernandez es un escultor malagueño, enamorado de este pueblo de la Serranía de Ronda y prueba de ello son los tres espacios públicos del pueblo en los que Hernandez ha dejado su impronta. La escultura del búho,justo frente a la parroquia, la exposición permanente de piel y el altar de la iglesia. La escultura realizada en piedra roja, está ubicada sobre una fuente, en el centro de la plaza Nueva. Este artista malagueño ha cobrado actualidad en Febrero de este año 2015,al ser seleccionado por el jurado del L Premio Reina Sofía de Pintura y Escultura con la obra Estigma, una metáfora de las marcas impuestas por la sociedad que esclaviza al hombre, una escultura en cuero modelado sobre un tronco de árbol.
