In Street Almacave
The Municipal Library of Lamego is in Street Almacave, next to San Francisco Church and was created (1989) with the support of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and has document collections of about 12,000 volumes. It has a reading room, book lending service, WiFi, computer room - all free. They also conduct workshops to encourage reading (especially for children) and are open Monday-Friday 9-12.30 and 14-17.30.
