National of the Rio Abiseo Park

The ABISEO RIVER NATIONAL PARK is located in the eastern Andes of Peru, in Mariscal Cáceres. This wonderful national park extends along the entire length of the river of the same name. In 1990 UNESCO declared this NATIONAL PARK a NATURAL HERITAGE of HUMANITY. National Park status was given to the best kept forests in Peru in order to preserve the number of species of plants and trees housed here.
