Nimú Bar & Grill (closed)

Nimú popped up a short while ago as another of the gourmet hamburger restaurants in Madrid, but with a completely different concept. Instead of trying to make quality hamburgers with many ingredients, with each more extravagant than the last, they placed their money on making simple hamburgers. They’re almost merely meat and bread sandwiches, without garnishes.

Seeing as bread is a very important ingredient for their burger, they hired a baker from Barcelona to make incredible dark beer breads for them, others with berries, etc. Each one of them is coupled with the highest choice selection of meats, like beef, Martiko duck, Kobe beef, game and the Iberian secret, etc.
