Nk'Mip Cellars Patio Restaurant

One of the many restaurants available at Spirit Ridge Resort, the Nk’Mip Winery Patio blends casual fine dining with exceptional wines and flavors inspired by the aboriginal people of the region. We visited for dinner on our last night of our vacation, and ordered a charcuterie along with a pasta and a risotto dish and we were absolutely blown away. The server was very knowledgeable and helped us to pair a glass of wine to each of our selections. We had the most gorgeous, romantic outdoor table overlooking the winery and got to enjoy our meal while watching the sunset. I completely forgot to get a photo of the food because I was distracted by my unbelievable surroundings.
