Palermo, with its vast culinary tradition, is a must for any tourist. Franco, as it is known by all the locals, is a real institution in terms of Palermo street food. You really must try the delicious sandwiches; I particularly recommend the "meusa". The prices are low, the portions are generous, and the products are truly authentic.
