Mirante de Okaukuejo

Próximo à entrada do Okaukuejo Resort, em frente à pequena mercearia, há uma grande torre de pedra que foi construída no ano de 1963. Não consegui descobrir qual era sua função inicial, mas hoje em dia ela é aberta ao público e abriga um incrível mirante que nos dá a vista de 360° da região de Okaukuejo. Dali se pode ver de longe os animais que vêm em direção do "waterhole" situado próximo dos chalés de Okaukuejo para matar a sede. Do lado oposto avista-se a estrada que vai em direção de Halali e Namutoni, uma parte do "Etosha Pan" e uma imensidão de árvores da savana africana. Não é preciso pagar nada para subir na torre. Lembre-se de trazer os seus binóculos e um super zoom para tirar fotos!
