The first skyscraper in Europe
Amiens is one of those French towns that were partially destroyed during World War II by the enemy bombardment. Part of its architecture, then, was rebuilt after the war. The Perret Tower, 110 metres tall, was the first skyscraper in Europe. It's a place of great interest for all fans of high-rise buildings.
