Pondview Estate Winery

We visited Pondview Winery on a wine tour with Niagara Vintage Wine Tours in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada. Pondview is a family owned operation started by Luciano (Lou) and Adriana Puglisi. There are a variety of red, white, and ice wines to try at a wine tasting. We were offered a sampling of 3 different wines, all with their own unique characteristics. The wines were accompanied with some cheeses and meats. We opted to also pay a little bit extra for a delicious treat - ice wine served in a chocolate edible wine shot glass! You drank the wine from the chocolate and were able to eat the container.
