A public water source
In the poorest neighbourhood of Moroccan cities, it's common to see people going to find water from a public supply. There is tap water in most homes, but if people can't pay for it, they come to a public fountain to fill plastic containers to take home. Women often come to wash their clothes in the fountains, but they bathe in hamams. Men wash in the fountains before going to the mosque.
