È il ristorante dello Sheraton Como ma è aperto al pubblico e l'esperienza vale la pena di essere provata! Lo chef e' Carlo Molon, molto attento alla materia prima e a creare piatti sofisticati ma mai troppo elaborati. Buona la varietà del menù e anche il servizio nonostante il pubblico dell'hotel sia principalmente straniero. Buonissime le specialità di lago che riprendono ricette della tradizione comasca e una menzione speciale per i cocktail di aperitivo veramente raffinati
