A rocky fjord
Saguenay River links Lake Saint-Jean to the San Lorenzo River. The course of the river goes through a rocky fjord. If you come from the south you'll have the option of crossing to the other side to the town of Tadoussac by ferry. However, I would recommend you to go around the fjord andgo to the Parc National du Saguenay.
