1 review of Saint Monans

Lovely Scottish coastal town

Going up the east coast of Scotland, north of Edinburgh but before arriving at St. Andrews, we found a series of charming coastal towns, with lovely scenery. We recommend a stop in these towns, as amongst other things you can enjoy local cuisine (excellent fish and seafood). In St. Monans, the most remarkable attraction is its old church belonging to the Church of Scotland and the old windmill ... It's a pretty traditional fishing port. A relaxing place to stop along the way and stay a little while.
